Every single time I have been to this GP in the morning at the stroke of 8 am, I see these 2 ladies at the reception with no smile ever. When I see them I already know they are not giving me an emergency appointment (ever) because they are there to make sure only their favorite few or known people get those. I am new to the area and they are not even approachable to be able to make any human connection with them! The doctors seem to think you just need to depend on nature and you will be okay by yourself. I don't understand why in spite of paying NHS surcharge £800 + monthly national income tax.. we can't even deserve to be looked by a doctor?
