It is totally impossible to get a routine appointment with a Doctor. The receptionist just says call back next week and the same story, no appointments available. The receptionist give you conflicting information. The on line booking system does not allow you to book appointments but refers you back to calling the receptionist. The surgery has taken on too many patients and can not provide the level of service required The vast increase in patients without extra resources means that patients suffer. This used to be a really good surgery but has really dis-improved dramatically.
