I have always received very good care. The appointment system is very disappointing.

I am able to get an appointment fairley quickly. which helps as I work shifts. I have been waiting approx 5 months for an appointment for a minor. Treatment I think the waiting times for minnor surgerys for warts etc could be quicker.

I saw Dr Mohan. I findhis manner to be very approachable and professional. He is a good listener and appers to take decisive action on the problem. As for improvement? No real comment as I \had no problems. I do very much like the facility to book appointments on line as you can see what is available.

On time for appt. Pleasant staff. HCA cleaned hands. Expected Hb check would be part of routine bloods.
