We have been at this Surgery for many years and they still have too many patients. I like to see the same Doctor each time but this is becoming more and more difficult. I visited last week and the locum Doctor could not have been more disinterested. Please could we have a settled number of Doctors instead of a different one each time. Overall the Surgery is OK and the reception staff are friendly. I cannot recommend the Surgery to others on the basis of the locum situation

This appointment was merely to take a blood sample for testing. The appointment itself was excellent. I even went in early. My only concern is that, when I phoned a few days later for the result, the receptionist seemed to have virtually no understanding of those results. Therefore, it wasn't easy to obtain the information that I was expecting to receive.

I like the fact that staff actually remember who you are, and when you ring the receptionists will take information and direct you to the appropriate person and everyone at the practice is very friendly which makes going to the GP' s an easy experience
