I felt rush whilst in with the Dr (not my usual Dr) I went with 2 problems and given a 2 prescription and No examination of either problem.
Nursing staff and reception staff were wonderful as usual
We are a big family with toddlers and primary school aged kids, so understandably we are quite frequent visitors at health care. Sadly but I cannot say that gp deals with our issues with care, often we are left without tests and treatments and have to pay visit at out of hours.
Once one doc laughed at my face when I expressed my concerns about one of the issues. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.
Dr Mohan is the only one worth going to with your health problems, very kind and caring doctor. If not Dr Mohan we would of left surgery long ago.
Unhelpful receptionist!!!
I have been a patient at this surgery for seventeen years and have never had a problem in arranging an appointment either by phone or personal visit. I have always found the staff in reception very helpful and friendly and all the nurses and doctors very caring and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate in recommending this surgery to friends and family.
