Dr J Wijeratne is the best GP I have ever known and is so hard working and dedicated and deserves every bit of his salary that he gets! Where do I start? He diagnosed and nursed my husband through his illness with rheumatoid arthritis. We always came together to the surgery and he always met us both with a lovely smile and welcome. Since my husband died, he has seen me through many trials and tribulations and I can never thank him enough for his care and compassion. My daughter and I will never ever be able to thank him enough. He is a credit to the medical profession and NHS. He is the most caring man and gives himself and more to the patients (beyond the call of duty). He is consistent and professional and will give as much time as my daughter and I need. We thank you Jayantha with all our hearts. Also a special thank you to Jean and Maureen who have always done everything they could to help us. Thank you.
