I don't use the services regularly, but when I need them, the staff and doctors are helpful, accommodating and efficient. I've not need them for an emergency, so cannot comment on ease of access in that scenario. There is no issue with speaking to the receptionist- the waiting time is very short. I receive letters about results and tests they wish to discuss with me, so no concerns about delayed results or poor communication. Considering they are a large and busy practice, I think the service is excellent.
