Hi, So basically, i'm really not happpy with the appointment system at all. We get told to ring at 8.30 for a morning appointnemt, you ring at that time, and the surgery is full, how is that even possible, unless they have taken bookings from before, it wouldn't get full. If you ring at 8.30 on dot, then the surgery can't get full, there is no way. If you need an urgent appointment, then you can't even get that. I rang at about 11.30, as it was urgent, but was told to ring after 3, now how does that work, where is the urgency in that. Really don't understand it at all. Thanks
