Share review of Dr J Wijeratne and Partners
They hardly ever answer the phone and even when I tried to book with the automated service it was engaged. On the days when they don't accept advance appointment it's nearly impossible to get a morning appointment (they never answer the phone so I'm not sure who's getting those) and the receptionists move like molasses, until the line is out the door.
When I finally get in to see the doctor, they have a 10 minute conveyor belt-like service and if I want to quickly ask a follow-up question, they tell me I need to make another appointment as the time slot is allocated to deal with one thing and they have other people to see.
This place is a poor excuse for a doctors and it makes me even more glad I don't have a long-term illness because I don't know what I'd do if I had to rely on them regularly.
