Excellent care. Volume of need makes getting a phone call to connect a repetitive exercise. I made 21 attempted calls before getting a connection abd then waited 35 minutes to speak to a member of staff. From that point in everything was great.

A very thorough 70 health check. It was a good experience and reassuring to have all questions answered and to be given an almost clean bill of health. All my questions were answered in “laymen’s” language. Thank you.

To be honest I can’t think of anything that could have improved my experience on this occasion.

I find it very stressful to have to call the surgery at a certain time. It feels like a race. If you call too late you loose a day or more to be heard. I have not talked to a doctor for a while. It feels like I have to justify my call. I feel left alone with too many questions and not taken serious enough. Why can’t I call and get an appointment at my choice. Why can’t I choose the doctor I would like to see. It is always a different person who doesn’t know me at all.

My experience yesterday was good. I felt understood and it was personal.

Very grateful for being seen so quickly as was very poorly and needed medication quickly.

Would still like a blood test as been unwell several times in the last few months.

Always told lines are busy from 08:00 to 08:30 or 08:45.

Nothing
