Living by the surgery it is easy for me to call in

As an extra I asked the doctor to check my ears as we are having difficulty with Scrivens (nhs) I think the doctor was too young to realise the affect hearing has on mental health and said unfortunately 3 months waiting was usual at the moment.

My appointment at Sea Road on 19th December was cancelled by them just 20 minutes before appointment time and no offer made to rebook. I sorted this out myself at Collington. Staff at Collington very helpful.

It is always difficult to get through by phone since the surgeries have amalgamated.

The surgery is clearly very busy, but my medical concerns were dealt with swiftly and with sensitivity and courtesy.

I asked for a appointment because I am still coughing regularly I was put on antibiotics for seven days to try and loosen the flem in my throat at the end of the course it was better but still there so put on different antibiotics by the end of that course it was still nagging, so I made another appointment I went to the doctors surgery I saw the paramedic , I was checked out and was told I might be put on antibiotics a third time which was not a problem as I wanted get this cleared up before Christmas but they would check with the doctor who then made a appointment for a chest xray which would then take me into the new Year for my results,but I still have this nagging cough which means I cannot get much sleep & I keep waking the misses ! Up, so obviously not that happy. I

Give me so jollop for this cough or suggested something that might help over Christmas!

When being triaged having to wait yearly a week for a telephone consultation is not good enough. Blood tests nearly always have to be done away from collington surgery, being a non driver the return journey is over£20. I must say the care I have received from Dr French has been exceptional, he saved my life and has followed up monitoring me since, I have so much faith in him. He is an inspiration to your practice I wish all the doctors were the aame
