Impossible to make a telephone appointment without a wait of at least 30 mins. even if you call at 5 seconds past 8 am when you are told you are 34 th in the queue, how is that possible? I now always go into the surgery where my query is sorted within minutes by your charming and helpful staff , thank you.

Other than employing numerous telephone operators I don’t think so, and to be honest that would not be feasible.

The appointment was made for an injection, and when I rang I was given the appointment for a week later. Normally it is hard to get an appointment to see a doctor or a telephone call.

The nurse was very rude, and disrespectful, made me feel in the wrong and that i was a liar. Therefore raised my blood pressure, I will not visit with this nurse again, very judgemental. Do not feel like I want to return, certainly not to see that nurse again.

A more compassionate and understanding nurse, whinis non judgemental

Got an appointment straight away and the doctor was very good. Listened to what I said and examined me.
