I understand being triaged. But sometimes it would be nice to just ask for an appointment without giving personal details to a receptionist.
Suggested improvements
I don't like being asked for my reasons to speak to a doctor.It's really personal,and can be embarrassing talking to someone who isn't medically trained.
You could also put 'White British' at the top of the ethnic groups to choose from .
I find it quite insulting to be at the bottom.
