Good.
Did get to speak in telephone to a doctor - did get a urine test, did get the results of tests when I phoned back.
Bad.
Not being able to see a doctor at all - despite being told by health information awareness on television that my symptoms were serious and I should see a doctor. In addition, reading in Bexhill Observer that my symptoms were serious and I should see a doctor. In the end I was really grateful to be allowed to speak on the phone.
