It’s very hard to get to see a doctor face to face, sometimes it’s not helpful to be diagnosed over the phone. The paramedic Paul I saw was exceptionally helpful listening to my problem and sorting it out, extremely nice person.

Change the system back to just phone for appointment anytime during the day.
