The triage appointment system is not a good idea.The patient ends up 30th interview queue and if she is eventually given a telephone appointment it could be at anytime which means the whole day is taken up whereas going back to the way appointments were arranged before covid happened.

Suggested improvements
The appointment with the paramedic went well and he put me at ease.Very good.
