very unprofessional nurse!!! Usually works on Thursdays. Reception staff makes difficult to get an appointment even though I see gp maybe 2-3 times in year! Afternoon receptionist Extremely difficult to talk to.

Customer service at this surgery is ridiculous. They ask you to call at 8.30am to book an appointment as you cannot pre-book however you can never get through on the phones and if you are lucky enough to get through there are no appointments available. Receptionists are rude and arrogant. Can't wait to move to a new surgery!
