The nurses are normally always nice, however you most probably will not get the same one if you go more than once. To improve they could try to keep to their 10 minute sessions, they may complain about how many hours are wasted by patients missing appointments but they never state how much time doctors waste talking to other colleagues about things that are often not related to a patient. When booking appointments online the earliest that are available are in two weeks which is very inconvenient.

I explained my problem to the receptionist and was given a same day appointment in the 4pm to 6pm time. I was seen by Dr.Allfrey at about 4.30....he then arranged some tests for me and a follow up appointment with Dr. Sagar. I would like to thank both doctors, and nurses Cheryl Seymour and Gillian Sanders, for their kind attention and skill. I am so grateful to be with a practice which allows such prompt and thorough service. I came in a very worried person and am now reassured. Thank you very much.

Care is always very good when you can eventually get an appointment. Whenever I come to the surgery and check in on the computer, I wish to get my hands. Almost always the antiseptic get is hidden away behind the screen to the right. I can only assure you clear place is there. Could you put a notice asking patient to keep it in sight please.
