the reception staff are always very helpful & polite. I never bother checking which Doctor is on duty as they are all so helpful and knowledgeable

70 calls over three days to get my an appointment. Rude receptionist. Unhelpful. Decent doctors but run for their convenience not the local community

Reception very good as they always are helpful, polite also. Dr Anil Dhool said taking hay fever tablet I bought from Waitrose not suited to me, back with cetirizine 1omg start 14.6.18.

Receptionist very good. Showed concern for me. Seen by Dr Anit Dhoul, checked chest, checked BP, checked temperature, said "takes a long time to recover from this". Reference to be seen in special clinic at Epsom Hospital. Dr Anit Dhoul very nice.
