I saw Dr Dhoul on Friday. He hadn't met me before, but quickly put me at ease. I was extremely impressed with his questioning. He didn't take anything for granted and explained why he was asking particular questions. ( I'm far from straight forward!!) Dr Dhoul was very thorough, he also listened to me carefully, answered my questions and told me symptoms to watch out for. Welcome and thank you Dr Dhoul. Another brilliant addition to a wonderful team. I would also like to thank the nursing team for taking blood so beautifully ( no pain and minimal bruising) and the front desk for patiently working out what I needed to do, who I needed to see and sorting me out appointments when I had problems with my computer. Reception people good, helpful, always 11- 10 am to see doctor Peppiatt talk on senna tablets don't agree. Talk about diverticulitis disease. Talk about new blood pressure tablet, also link with urology kidney unit ESH 8.11.16, Most urology ESH 22-11-16 very nice doctor. So helpful, great took blood pressure OK got to come in 17 Nov with Sandra after blood test for prostrate after urologist 22-11-16 came see her!

Reception was wonderful, lots of kindness lots of help, I saw doctor Ripley chase up urology problem down to see ESH about shoulder DEc 16 don to see kidney ESH keep paracetamol 4 times, 8 tablets maximum. Also apply gel on shoulder, doctor Qureshi gave me. Very good help.
