I have been a patient for over 4 years I always try and see the doctor of my choice for continuity. I can’t fault the support I have had with my health care that s including the nursing staff. It can be frustrating to get an Appointment your can’t predict when your going to need to see a doctor so saying you can book an appointment in 2 weeks. I must say the practice is always clean my only negative is one of the receptionist needs to have some training in how to converse with patients in a professional and polite manner the surgery states they will not tolerate abuse towards staff that works both ways. There is no excuse to talk down to someone and have a terrible attitude
