The receptionists are extremely rude putting you on hold without saying anything or putting the phone down leaving you to not know if they are replying back to you .Never able to get an appointment and receptionists never answer the phone .Recently went to pick up a doctors note but the receptionist was saying it’s not there .I then ring them up and they explain to me the doctors note was there all along once I questioned them multiple amounts of times .Orginally saying my doctor wasn’t in on that day when they were
