My own GP (Dr Dean Harris) is outstanding. I cannot praise him highly enough. In general the staff at the Derby Medical Centre (other doctors, nursing staff and receptionists) are professional and conscientious, and from my experience, they do a difficult job extremely well.

Not crazy about robotic appointment voice, but I can read so not a problem. Always running late - but to be fair that is probably because Drs and nurses are taking time to do their job properly.
Had BP check - nurse great, good clear communication and v.personable.
