Booking my 'next day, early morning' appointment (on the web), checking-in (by computer screen) and seeing the Doctor (although it was not my registered Doctor) all turned out to be very straightforward and surprisingly simple. Despite the disruption of snow and hideous traffic jams on the day, I waited only 5 minutes beyond my appointed time and the Doctor was friendly, to the point and accurate in her response. Within a matter of hours I was enjoying the early benefits of having received appropriate treatment, and on this occasion at least, I am delighted to give feedback as I can find absolutely no fault whatsoever. I am simply grateful.
