The receptionists at the practice are rude, uncaring, dismissive, very unfriendly and unkind.
They have no understanding of a patients needs , and treat most patients as if they are a complete nuisance, both on the telephone and in person. Many of them have a very aggressive manner.
As I have myself worked as a receptionist at a surgery, I find there behaviour even more intolerable.
For this reason despite having no problems with the Doctors, as the receptionists are the first point of contact, I would never recommend this surgery to anyone.
