I have been a patient of Dr Floyd for over 19 years and I have nothing but praise for the service I get. I cannot think of anything aspect that I could criticise. Just what I expect from a GP, and more. The nurses are also excellent; attentive and friendly. Reception is not so good. Although the staff are always helpful, a smile would help to make you feel at home rather than a nuisance.
