I have been with this practise for almost 40 years and never had reason to complain until today when I saw Dr Peter Newman who I found totally disinterested to the point of boredom! He was, dismissive with very poor skills of communication, no eye contact, abrupt with a very rude and demeaning manner. He has let this excellent surgery and reception staff down very badly. He also seems to be the only Doctor on Friday afternoon duty! Very disappointing
