Waiting for a repeat prescription for two weeks. Eventually went to surgery on 2nd February, was told they will phone the prescription to my local chemist that afternoon. Now it’s Saturday 4th February and the chemist hasn’t received the prescription.

Firstly, when I asked for the repeat prescription you should have told me that as the last time it was prescribed was some time ago I need to see the GP. Instead I lost a week waiting, to be told I have to phone the following day to arrange an appointment. That was given to me in two weeks time. I managed to buy the medication online but the quantity will not last till my appointment. The issue is vertigo. If I don’t control it with medication I can’t leave the house and have a pretty bad time indoors.
