I feel that it might not be so easy for the elderly or mentally frail to make an appointment over the telephone. For urgent matters the triage system works very well.

I was treated well at reception I did not have to wait long to see the GP. The GP was really easy to talk to and she was extremely thorough with my care. I felt really looked after. Prefer coming to Delapne than other surgery.
GP I saw was Dr King.
