The phone system is ridiculous, extremely frustrating and simply IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. After about 30 attempts to get through to the automated system (you can't even get through to the automated system you just get a busy tone and have to hang up and try again) you are placed on hold for a minimum of 25mins. You finally get through only to be told that the appointments have all gone and to try again tomorrow. The saga starts again. Reception staff are too occupied faffing about with bits of paper or chatting to one another before they acknowledge you are waiting to be seen, they are rude and impatient not to mention incompetent. Usually unable to find you on the system because they are on the wrong screen!! One dr in particular is dismissive, passive aggressive and has an air of arrogance about him. He is unapproachable, unfriendly and extremely intimidating. He must go. DO NOT USE THIS SURGERY
