Extremely unhelpful and rude receptionists who wouldn't offer me any advice even though the surgery was completely empty. Very disappointing seeing as I have been with them for over 20 years.
Had no urgency even though they were made aware it was an emergency. After being told I was wrong, they left me in tears and told me that I was unable to be seen for a couple of hours.
