The reason this review is so bad is that I just could not get through at all! That is I could manage to get through to reception after great difficulty because it was permanently engaged. No triage at all! No good manners either just dismissed! 'Call again at two o'clock as I cannot book you in there are no appointments'. They did not even ask what was wrong. Therefore you are blocked at the telephone entry
I cannot believe it is this bad after all the promises that we would get better service now that we had a triage system. It just did not happen.
