Daybrook Medical Practice have an amazing team of dedicated people who go above and beyond. If follow up appointments are needed they are booked in to save you having to ring back and recently when I needed a blood pressure check I was told to come down straight away. The surgery is always clean and tidy and both the nursing and reception team are helpful and polite. The new telephone system with a choice of where you need directing to has made a difference too.

Suggested improvements
They help where they can so I would struggle to suggest how they could improve as they are doing the best they can. I think the question here needs to be what can we as patients do to make their life easier.... remember that old saying 'speak to someone how you expect to be spoken to' and I don't think people will go wrong. We in the UK are extremely lucky to have the NHS..... we have access to free medical advice/treatment... and for that we should all be extremely grateful. I'm thankful to be a patient here.
