I always feel the Dr listens to my and follows through with any care or advice I need.
Tried to make an appointment and was told to ring back later in the week. Give 24/3 am.
Rating back 24/3/15 pm and got an appointment no problem? :-(
Staff are friendly and competent, although often spend too much time looking at computer rather than patient.
- Too long to wait for a regular appointment.
- Appointments are too short in duration. There are often linked problems and there is often insufficient time to deal with them.
Care very good.

11th May 2015 Response from Dalston Medical Group Appointments - We have limited emergency appointments available with the duty doctor on the day if you feel your problem is urgent and can't wait for a routine appointment. When they have gone and your need is urgent, you will be offered a call back from the duty doctor. The doctor will discuss the matter with you, and if you need to be seen, will arrange to see you that same day. Routine appointments may be made up to 6-8 weeks in advance. Staff - this comment is of great concern. Patients should address such matters to either the Reception Manager or the Practice Manager.
a) Everything.
b) Nothing.
