It is very difficult to get an appointment with a doctor as the receptionists are very unhelpful and rude. I rang to make an appointment and was told they were busy and was offered an appointment 10 days later - another 10 days of discomfort. Two days after I rang a friend rang up for a medicine review and was told they weren't very busy and was offered an appointment with a doctor the next day.
