We had to make an urgent appointment today because our son who has special needs was complaining about having an ear ache.
The reception staff were understanding and helpful. They managed to fit an appointment in within an hour of our call and we only had to wait about 15minutes to see the doctor.
We saw Dr Robinson, whom we hadn't met before, she was very kind and listened to what we had to say. She examined our son and reassured us that he was fine.
She was really lovely, and made us feel at ease.
