The reception staff seem to think that they are some kind of junior doctors giving you their advice.They have told me so many lies over the last 6 weeks it’s unbelievable all I want is a straight answer and preferably from a trained doctor not a receptionist.
Suggested improvements
Train the staff to be polite not rude and sarcastic and especially not tell LIES.And have more compassion and sympathy when talking to patients that are not welland don’t really want to be at the doctors in the first place.
