Cullybackey health centres service since lockdown has been nothing but appalling. If you don't phone the minute it open they just let the phone ring out even for repeat prescriptions. This needs addressed because its not fair on the community. My niece was 2 weeks old and blue and they wouldn't see her. Phoned our health visitor and was told to get an ambulance. And she was in the hospital for the best part of a week. Service has really been affected post lockdown and anytime I get through the door there's barely a sinner waiting but there apparently inundated with patients. Joke of a practice. Just got through and "there are no phone calls from the GP left today" before they asked what was wrong or ask my name that's what your up against. Very Unprofessional

Stop being lazy because that's simply what it looks like. ( post lockdown ) no excuses Answer the phone. See patients like the good old days. Show more compassion. maybe ask what's wrong before saying "no calls today" surly there is a minor/major exceptions.
