First big improvement would be to sack Teresa the receptionist. All staff are amazing but Teresa goes out of her way to make things hard.
She recently refused to let me have a doctors call back, I knew my problem just needed a prescription. Teresa said they don't do this. I called back & spoke to someone else & got the callback & prescription. When I suggested to Teresa she Mayb giving wrong information & it's happened more then once. Her reply was "I suggest you speak to another receptionist when you call then"
We have now been forced to move surgeries. Because she is a bully.
We also struggle getting any appointments. Having a almost 2 yr old & 3 yr old this isn't great.
