Receptionists and doctors and nurses are all kind and helpful, and informative. I cannot praise them enough I know appointments are a problem but the 8am struggle to get through is frustrating and distressing. however I have now had appointments made to see the doctor twice in advance so I hope things will improve.
Car parking is not too bad. I'm sure it would be impossible if they had "drop in" surgeries, the appointment system works well on the whole.
