The Doctors & Nurse Service is excellent, How-ever getting to see them a nightmare
because there's too many Patients on the books.
its taken over a week to get an appointment after receiving a Telephone call asking to come in and see Doctor.
I shouldn't have to go through the telephone system after that, an appointment should have been given with the call.
I wasted over 40 minutes on the telephone to finally get through and be told No appointments Left, then waiting 5 more days to come in.
I would also like to high-light the Government directive on Priority treatment to Veterans, its not employed at this surgery.
