I recently contacted the surgery regarding my mother's medication as it was not showing on her online medication ordering system.
They confirmed that they had received a letter from the hospital but there was not enough information on the letter.
Instead of contacting the hospital or my mother, they did nothing which has now left my mother in a situation of not being able to order the medication.
It's a shame they don't use some common sense.
