The only good thing about this gp practice is the doctors. The receptionists are so rude and abrupt whenever you talk to them on the phone or speak to them in person. They make you feel that whatever you are asking of them is too much, even if you just want to check your prescription is ready. Then when you ask for their name they refuse point blank to give it to you. If they've done nothing wrong then why hide your name. There are 2 members of reception staff that do go above and beyond to help you but I'm never lucky enough to have them answer the phones lol. Such a shame that the rest of the receptionists let them down. The fact that the Gp's are very good is ghe only reason I still go to this surgery. Waiting times for appointments is terrible mind. You're talking approximately 6 weeks wait.
