Not a great visit - told the Dr that I was having difficulties coping with my on going problems and was told it would improve. Well it has not really over the past few years so not sure why it should do now - felt more depressed leaving the surgery than I did when I went in as did not feel that I had been listened to.
Not normally happens with this doctor so was surprised as waited to see this particular doctor as I was trying to follow their philosophy of 'continuity of care' with the same doctor - although with the lack of appointments this is difficult with any doctor. When trying to book online today as a test the next appointment for a doctor was a month away! A family member contacted her surgery and the appointment was the next day - big difference.
Again I must stress that this is unusual as normally all fab.
