The self check in is useful if your appointment is during busy times. The staff are helpful both over the phone and face to face, and will always try their best to deal with your enquiry.
The online system for appointments/repeat prescriptions (to name but two services) is very useful , especially for busy families, as you can use it 24/7
The only negative is that you cannot build a rapport with your designated GP (so why have one?) as you never see the same doctor when you make an appointment - but as all your notes are on the computer, this is only a minor issue.
