Thank you Dr Menon who made an effort to resolve my issues after a year worth of suffering. I had to go through a few appointment hurdles and communication barriers. No doubt- It is difficult to get in touch with the practice and it did take one year to resolve this, said that Dr Menon did listen to my concerns and addressed them as and when it was possible for her in her capacity. It is good to see a positive review amongst the negativity going around for NHS, So thank you Dr Menon and I sincerely hope I don't have to bother you again in the nicest possible way.

Please change and resort to a system that helps speak to your staff in a better way I have been suffering for one year, surely there is another way or system to get in touch with you
