Further to my recent complaint I have now been to the chemist and was told no prescription to be picked up as gp practice have not sent it across this is supposed to be repeat dispence service that has not worked yet again after been in gp practice on Tuesday to check it has been done and getting told yes no problems it's done,so again left with no medication all over the Holliday weekend,can not see how this practice is even fit for purpose because all patients ever do is stand in line waiting to complain about getting no medication,this practice is making my father ill over the worry about his medication not been given and the argument he will no doubtley get with the reception staff

Can never get fathers prescription on time,even after going in every month to check it is getting sent through to chemist for home delivery it just never happens normally end up with emergency script sent through to chemist which takes anything from a hour to five hours for the chemist to then not have most of the prescription in so then father has to do with out medication,it is never the GP practice fault or the chemists fault don't see how it can be ours! Makes me wonder how many patients have died because they have gone with out medication,sick of complaining have even spoke to prescribing clerk more than once and nothing changes back to square one the following month even though they promise you faithfully it is all sorted out

Yes get prescriptions done and sent on time it's no good sending to chemist day it is due as according to chemist they don't get them till late afternoon if that,and then they say it's not there fault if medication is not stocked as doctors should send early to allow for this happening

I rang 88 times to get through ,never have I had to deal with a rude receptionist, I only wanted to request a sick note ,the lady told me i won't get one,had to go to surgery to make sure my request went through she then told me to go back 27 December, its a bank holiday and there closed I then had to go back and was then told 28 December the doctors are first class but reception, not so
