Compared with other doctors I have used over the years Cross Deep has far surpassed my expectations both in terms of the care for myself and my young daughter. I find it efficient to get appointments and the medical staff have always been approachable, friendly and professional.

I have yet to be greated by a non surly receptionist! I understand reception is a busy area but how difficult is it to smile at the clients or perhaps be mindful that others in reception can clearly hear everything that is said both on the telephone & in front of other clients- a modicum of confidentiality would be appreciated I'm sure!

We are very glad to be patients at Cross Deep. We always receive a very good service. The staff (including the doctors) listen to any concerns we have and we feel they work with us in any decisions we have to make. They have squeezed us into appointments when we have thought we would have to wait. We understand the pressures they are under and try to work with their system and procedures. We think their online service is very good and we admire the way that they are continually trying to improve.
