I love this surgery and all of the staff and providers I've dealt with there since my son was born six months ago. I moved to the UK from the US and wasn't sure how the quality of healthcare would compare, but Cross Deep is one of if not the best GP surgery I've ever been to in either the UK or the US.

I've been in Twickenham for nearly 14 years now and Cross Deep was my surgery from the start and it has accompanied my life and healed my various ailments ever since. You kind of take it for granted when that happens but when I look back at how many times I had problems that needed tended to urgently the doctors and nurses always rushed to help me and they always do it with a smile so I couldn't speak highly enough of the service I receive there. Cross Deep is now also caring for my toddler son and he is looked after with the same level of attention and care - really, everyone who works there deserves a medal - well done and thank you, Cross Deep!

It's very easy to get an appointment booked, even on the day. The on-line booking is a great help for non-urgent appointments. Glad we managed to stay in the area for this surgery after we moved.

I and my family have been patients at Cross Deep for over 30 years. We have always been very pleased with the service. The only problem is that most of the doctors seem to be part time now a days. But otherwise I am very pleased with the service.

The online prescription requests works extremely well. Generally the appointment system is good provided that you are prepared to see any of the Doctors. It is evident that there are inhibiting restrictions in place imposed by the NHS which in my opinion do not take into account the specific needs of patients.
