I have been attending this GP Surgery since I was 4-5 yrs old (the records will confirm actual age when I first attended). Since my first attendance many years ago, it has always had a great team of GP's. When a particular GP, one respects and likes, retires from Cross Deep Surgery, the "Surgery" have always had a canny knack of being able to appoint a similar GP with the same qualities (my personal opinion). The nursing staff at Cross Deep are very good and helpful as are the receptionists.

We have been with the surgery for about 30 years, which has improved year by year. Most of the time, we have received a high standard of care, especially during a critical illness. We have never had any problems getting doctor or nurse appointments, and all the staff have been helpful and friendly.

Excellent surgery. It's normal for appointments to be made a week in advance but if it's something urgent they do go out of their way to accommodate you very quickly. Highly recommended.

A friend recommended Cross Deep Surgery to me as I needed a surgery that would take great care of my husband and the surgery has been superb. We have been with the practice for just two years. We never have to wait long for an appointment and any treatment is fully explained by the doctor. Each doctor or nurse is quick to check any previous medication and answer questions. We rarely have to wait beyond the appointment time which in busy surgeries is a real bonus. I order my husband's repeat prescriptions on line and collect them from the local pharmacy. Recently our visiting 6 year old grandson was very sick and we were given an appointment 2 hours after phoning and he returned home much better. I cannot praise the service we get highly enough.

I particularly appreciate being able to book routine appointments well in advance. The care I have received during my cancer treatment and it's aftermath has been exemplary.
